The second wave of the "Vlasna Sprava" program in 2025 will provide 340 entrepreneurs with 81 million UAH.

Winners of the government program "Vlasna Sprava," who submitted applications for grants between January 20 and February 2, 2025, will receive 340 grants totaling 81 million UAH to start or expand their own businesses, as reported by the State Employment Service (SES).

Winners of the government program "Vlasna Sprava," who submitted applications for grants from January 20 to February 2, 2025, will receive 340 grants totaling 81 million UAH for starting or developing their own businesses, reported the State Employment Service (SES).

It is noted that this will create 546 new jobs.

According to the published information, the top five sectors where winners are currently engaged or plan to start their businesses include wholesale and retail trade, repair of motor vehicles (34%), temporary accommodation and food services (13%), manufacturing (12%), providing other types of services (9%), and healthcare and social assistance (8%).

Additionally, 56% of microgrant recipients are women, 37% are men, and 7% are legal entities.

Leading among the regions are Kyiv region (16%), Lviv region (12%), Kharkiv region (9%), Ivano-Frankivsk region (8%), and Rivne region (7%).

The SES noted that the majority of winners—71%—hold higher education degrees, while 15% have vocational education (technical school, college).

According to the service, within the second wave of the program in 2025, 24 young entrepreneurs aged 18 to 25 will receive grants of up to 150,000 UAH to start their own businesses. Since the program's launch in September 2024, over 100 Ukrainians have already benefited from this support.

Since the program's implementation began in 2022, 24,000 microgrants have been awarded. Thanks to this support, more than 44,000 new jobs have already been created or are in the process of being created.

Regarding the veterans' direction of the "Vlasna Sprava" program, 64 winners have been identified in this wave. They will receive grants totaling nearly 30 million UAH and create 118 new jobs.

Among the winners of the second wave of the program, 53% are combatants. The vast majority of grant recipients (55%) hold higher education degrees, and 67% are active entrepreneurs. The average grant amount is 459,000 UAH.

Since the start of the veterans' direction of the program (April 2023), over 1,000 Ukrainians have been able to implement their business projects, creating more than 2,000 new jobs in the process. Specifically, 29% of grant recipients have opened stores and workshops, 16% produce goods, 15% have opened cafes or coffee shops, and another 9% provide services.

The SES reminded that under the "Vlasna Sprava" program from the Ministry of Economy and the State Employment Service, microgrants of up to 250,000 UAH can be obtained for starting or expanding a business. Participants in combat actions or individuals with disabilities due to war, as well as their second spouses, can receive up to 1 million UAH under the veterans' direction. Youth aged up to 25 can receive grants of up to 150,000 UAH.
