On Thursday, October 17, President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived at the EU summit, where he was welcomed by European Council President Charles Michel.

This was reported by "European Truth".

As is known, today the Ukrainian leader is expected to present the "victory plan" to the leaders of the European Union.

Prior to this, several EU leaders made statements; in particular, Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda noted that he did not see anything new in Zelensky's "victory plan", as most points are aspects on which the EU still wavers.

Meanwhile, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, commenting on the presented "victory plan," stated that there are decisions he has made, and they "will not change."

Let us recall that Volodymyr Zelensky flew to Brussels for a visit, where he will participate in the European Council meeting, hold meetings in the European Parliament and NATO headquarters.
