Ukrainian comedian from "Studio Kvartal-95" Yuriy Velykyy did not miss the chance to poke fun at yet another absurd video created by Russian propagandists.

This time, the subject of his parody was a story where Russian air defense shoots down Santa Claus flying over the Kremlin. In the original video, which is widely circulated on Russian Telegram channels, the action takes place in Red Square, decorated in a Soviet style.

Russians are taking photos by the Christmas trees while a jolly Santa appears in the sky. His sleigh, loaded with gifts, including "NATO missiles," unexpectedly becomes the target of a Russian missile. Before being destroyed, Santa manages to wish, "Ho-ho-ho, Happy New Year, Russia!".

After the explosion, a Russian Ded Moroz appears, who, along with the air defense operator, declares, "All, target destroyed. We don’t need anything foreign in our sky. Happy New Year!". This video has faced heavy criticism online, and the artist couldn’t hold back.

Yuriy Velykyy, as a master of parody, decided to add his irony to this "masterpiece".

In the guise of director Nikita Mikhalkov, he presented a clip with a sarcastic commentary:
"Right before the New Year, a small propaganda video aired on rosTV, where Russian air defense shoots at Santa Claus flying in the sky. I completely fail to understand the imagination of those who commissioned such a 'creation', but, on the other hand, I’m not really an expert. Anyone can 'blow up'. Enjoy watching!"

Velykyy’s video has already become a hit among viewers who appreciated his subtle humor and ability to turn even the most absurd plots into reasons for laughter.
