On Sunday, October 20, a major event is planned in the capital of Georgia to support the country's European future.

The event titled "Georgia Chooses the EU" has been organized by public organizations and opposition activists. The rally is seen as a "dress rehearsal" ahead of the elections.
Protesters will begin gathering on Sunday at 5:00 PM in five different locations, from where they will march in columns to Freedom Square, where a concert will kick off at 7:00 PM.
Similar events are also planned in other cities.
Alongside the opposition rally, a concert organized by the Tbilisi city hall will take place to celebrate the opening of a new park.
The pre-election period in Georgia is marked by increasing tension due to the ruling authority's anti-Western shift, which threatens to freeze the country's European integration.
At the summit on October 17 in Brussels, EU leaders announced the effective halt of Georgia's eurointegration process.
