According to Alexey Koval, the project manager at Perfect Group, the aim of the Velmy project is to redefine the standards of recreation and investment in the region.

"We are creating a space for emotions and memories, where every detail is designed for the comfort of our guests. Additionally, this is a reliable investment with an expected payback period of eight to nine years, making the project appealing to investors. We believe that Velmy will become a landmark destination in Bukovel," Koval noted.

The Velmy apart-hotel is located in Bukovel, near Lake "Molodost" and ski lifts No. 14 and No. 22. It features 492 apartments ranging from 26 to 80 square meters. The complex is positioned as a business-class facility, offering amenities such as a panoramic pool, Ski-in/Ski-out access, a spa center, a gym, restaurants, a conference hall, and a children's center.

Investors are offered apartments with renovations, and transactions are processed according to the new legislation on future real estate objects (FREO) with registration of special property rights (SPR) in state registries.

The projected date for the commissioning of the first phase is the third quarter of 2026. Currently, the price per square meter starts at 167,900 UAH. An installment plan is available with an initial payment of 50%. It is anticipated that the tourist season at Velmy will be year-round, with potential rental yields of up to 12% per annum, and a payback period of eight to nine years.

Founded in 1991, Perfect Group has completed 42 buildings since 2010 and has 21 more under construction.
