Approximately $1.1 billion from the IMF has already been received in Ukraine, announced Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.
“The funds will be allocated to cover essential non-military budget expenditures. We received this tranche thanks to the successful fifth review of the EFF program amounting to $15.6 billion,” - Shmyhal wrote on Telegram on Wednesday.
“We are grateful to the Fund for its consistent support of Ukraine. We are already starting joint work on the next review of the program,” - the Prime Minister added.
