The reservation of employees in agricultural enterprises has been extended until March 31, allowing companies that have not yet done so to confirm their status as critical and reassign their workers, announced Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Vitaliy Koval.
"To reserve employees in agricultural enterprises, three criteria must be met, two of which are mandatory. In particular, the average salary accrued at the enterprise for the last calendar quarter must be at least 2.5 minimum wages - 20,000 UAH for private enterprises. Additionally, there must be no outstanding tax payments," - quoted the head of the agency's press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food.
The third criterion, according to the minister, is optional. It is defined by resolution No. 76 or industry criteria approved by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy.
The minister also reminded that the reservation of conscripted individuals is carried out exclusively through the "Diya" portal.
As reported, starting from December 1, 2024, the reservation of conscripted individuals will occur solely through the "Diya" portal. Reservations made by decisions of the Ministry of Economy or through "Diya" remain valid for the duration of their effectiveness, but no longer than until February 28, 2025. At the same time, all critical enterprises must confirm their status by February 28 in accordance with the new criteria.
The government has retained eight existing criteria for determining a critical enterprise. Industry and regional criteria for criticality are now coordinated by the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Economy.
According to the updated requirements, industry criteria are approved by the order of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy No. 4282 dated December 10, 2024, which establishes mandatory criteria for private enterprises, namely: the average accrued salary at the enterprise for the last calendar quarter must be at least 2.5 minimum wages (20,000 UAH), and there must be no outstanding tax payments.
