The global operator of leading office space providers, IWG, has announced the opening of its second Spaces location in Kyiv.
“We are excited to announce our new strategic partnership location in Kyiv! We will be opening our second Spaces center in the capital, offering just under 3000 sq. m of flexible workspace. It will be situated in Capital Towers, featuring a café, fitness club, conference room, open terraces, patio, and multi-level parking, including electric vehicle charging stations,” - stated Moses Karoi, the Business Development Manager at IWG PLC.
The Capital Towers business center, located at Korolenko Street, 22, is rated Class A. The total area of the complex, consisting of 5 towers ranging from 16 to 22 floors, is 143,000 sq. m. The project is in its final stages of development.
