The construction company "Intergal-Bud" (Kyiv) reported that by the end of 2024, it has put into operation 358.5 thousand square meters of housing, which corresponds to 3.8 thousand apartments across 20 buildings, according to the company's press service.
As noted, these new square meters have been introduced not only in the capital but also in Lviv, where the developer has begun the implementation of four residential complexes, as well as in Chernivtsi and Zhytomyr.
In Kyiv this year, the developer has also resumed work on its flagship project – the premium-class residential complex Intergal City.
According to the announcement, the construction of two new residential complexes will begin in 2025 in Lviv, as well as in Kyiv – in the Darnytsia and Obolon districts.
The construction company "Intergal-Bud" has been operating in the residential real estate market since 2003. Its portfolio includes 184 projects.
