Famous Ukrainian host, star of the shows "The Voice of the Country" and "Dancing with the Stars," Yuriy Horbunov, shared his thoughts on his colleague, choreographer Vladislav Yama, who left the country in the early days of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

In an interview with the YouTube project TSN "Alone Together," Horbunov mentioned that he last saw Yama at the beginning of the war.

Currently, Vladislav Yama resides in the USA, where he moved in February 2022 with his wife and son. According to Horbunov, the dancer did not seek his advice regarding his departure.

The host added that even if he had been approached, he would not have offered any recommendations. Horbunov emphasized that he does not judge Yama's actions, despite the mixed reactions from many public figures regarding his departure.

The host stated that he had no intention of giving advice to the choreographer, even if Yama had reached out. He stressed that every individual in such a situation has the right to make their own decision.

"Do I condemn him? Everyone has their own truth. He will respond to any criticism by saying he must protect his family and take them to a safe place. That’s all I can say. Just like with Vinnik or anyone else, I haven’t given and don’t plan to give any advice," Horbunov declared.

Horbunov also pointed out that during such difficult times, it is important to respect the choices of those who decide how to act in challenging situations.

"Everyone has their own truth, and each person decides how to act in these circumstances," he emphasized, sharing his perspective on the decisions made by many Ukrainian celebrities during the war.
